These playful 45-minute yoga sessions build connection, movement, and co-regulation with your toddler (for children ages 18 months - 4 years).
Join a weekly fun, interactive class combining yoga, breath, and play to support bonding, emotional connection, and body awareness for both you and your child.
Classes are being held currently at two locations and have a maximum of 6 parent/child pairs. (First come first serve basis)

Block 1 class dates - September 8, 15, 22 & 29 | October 6 & 13
You are invited to join any of the classes by purchasing either:
A one-time pass to attend to attend any one class in this block
Six class passes at once to attend all classes in this block at a discounted rate (discount will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout)
Please note: A minimum of 3 registrations is needed for the class to go ahead. If we don’t reach the minimum, you’ll be notified and your booking will be refunded.
